The Buying Program is a group order program that is designed for architects, interior designers, or small retailers to receive factory discounts even when they can’t reach the same kind of volumes as large furniture resellers. A lot of factories also have order minimums, so this program eliminates the risk of having to buy in large amounts of stock.
We’re introducing group order campaigns every month where we highlight a certain number of sets from our collection. Each set is only available as a whole, which means individual orders aren't possible at reduced rates. We've done our best to make the sets as commercial as possible! Perfect for display in your showroom, for interior projects as a complete living room package, or simply as an opportunity to purchase stock at a great price.
At The Grand Interior, the regular mark-up from wholesale to retail is 2.2 on average. Because of the amazing discount of this program, your mark-up can reach up to 2.5. Of course, this depends from month to month, but we can assure you the discount will always be worth it!
Payment is done in two stages: first, a prepayment of 50% when you place your order. The remaining amount, along with any additional shipping costs, will be charged once the goods are ready to be shipped out. If applicable, any final discounts may be applied to this second payment.
Delivery & Shipping
Once the campaign is closed the order will be placed at the factory. Production time is around 14 weeks. All goods are shipped from the factory to our warehouse in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. From there we can deliver it to you at extra cost. Shipping costs will be communicated when the goods have arrived at our warehouse. You can of course also organise your own transport.
We produce exclusively at a supplier who’s been making high end furniture for many of the top furniture resellers for 25 years. We also work closely with Micha De Graaff, a veteran in the furniture industry with extensive experience with companies like Van Roon Living and Eichholtz, who oversees the quality control.
